How do you ship?
We have the ability to ship orders via USPS, UPS and more. You'll be able to select from these options at checkout.
My order is damaged or missing something.
We are very sorry to hear that, but don't worry we can help! Please email sales@topdogracing.com.To expedite the process please be sure to include the order number, photos, and a description of what was missing or damaged.
Where can I find my order #?
Usually, you receive this by email after placing your order. Haven't received the email? Be sure to check your spam folder. You can also login to your account online and view the order number.
I placed an order but, want to add more.
That sounds like a great problem to have. Give us a call, if the order hasn't printed, we should be able to combine it. 503-558-1339.
Can I return this?
You can return items that are in new, and in unused condition for a full refund up to 14 days after the delivery date. Please email sales@topdogracing.com to start the return process.
*Electronic items and special order items are non-refundable.
